Most people might wonder “Why would I want to move to a ‘retirement’ community when I have a  perfectly lovely home and a good life?”

Meet Tami’s neighbor, Margaretta, who had exactly that:  a lovely home and a good life.

Margaretta was beloved by all of her neighbors who kept an eye out for her. She would regularly go to classes and music programs with friends and neighbors.  She was still driving.

However, it had become challenging — and she realized not safe — living in a two story home and connecting with the larger community as she reached her 90’s.
